i see that Max Memory Size (dependent on memory type) for i3-330M is 8GB, does that mean i can not have more that 8gb RAM, for my laptop. with i3-330M processor.

As the memory controller is built in to the processor, the maximun memory that you can use will be 8GB, if you have more memory installed you wont be able to use it.
