Is there a way to find out when the next shipment of 10980XE processors will be sent out?

I'm looking to buy an i9-10980XE but I've been searching almost daily for any sign of this processor in stores for months. Are they going to start stocking stores with them again soon and if so, is there a way for me to find out exactly when?
