Is xeon phi available with H77platform?

We got a H77 with I7 2600,excepting a expention on CPU.But 3rd gen Core and E3v2s aren't much more powerful than oringinal one.In that case,I wanna to plug in a 3120A on its pcieX16 port.

Will it function normally like a common CPU?(Our programns are based on x86_64 and AVX extentions)
