Issue with ISST

I have a Lenovo P14s Gen5 Intel, and I have issues with my Bluetooth headset. In Teams when I choose the headphones I get the message that my microphone is not working.


As I searched the issue has to do with Intel SST drivers. I checked latest windows updates and drivers, both for Windows and Lenovo and no fix to my issue exists.

To better diagnose this issue, I need some additional system information. Please help provide the following details:

 

  1. Could you verify that this is your specific system model? P14s Gen 5 (Type 21G2, 21G3) Laptops (ThinkPad) - Type 21G3
  2. Is this a new setup, or did this Bluetooth headset work previously?
  3. If it worked before, what changes occurred when the issue started?
  4. What is the make and model of your Bluetooth headset?
  5. Does the microphone work in other applications (e.g., Voice Recorder, other video conferencing apps)?
  6. In Teams, go to Settings > Devices - what options appear for microphone and speaker?
  7. Are you seeing separate entries for headphones and headset (hands-free) modes?
  8. Does the issue occur in both Teams desktop app and web version?
  9. What is the current Intel SST driver version? (Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers)
  10. Please also check and share the Bluetooth Device Status. (Device Manager > Bluetooth > right click Intel Wireless Bluetooth > Properties)
