Issues with Starter pack after purchasing laptop

Hi,

I purchased a laptop with an i7 8700k which came with an offer for "Warhammer: Vermintide 2 & XMorph Defense w/ select Intel CPUs!", however I follow the link to the starter pack website and get stuck at Survey 1/0 questions complete after entering my master key?
