Lenovo Y510p with i7 4702Mq problem

hello,

first of all im sorry for my bad english, I hope that you will understand anyways. I bought my lenovo Y510P one year ago. I had no problems with my notebook except of Win8 (its only my personal problem, I dont like it ) so I decided to downgrade from Win8.1 to Win7(proffesional N). Everything worked quite well, but then a realized that my processor Intel i7 4702Mq is running only on 2 cores. I spend hours searching on the internet, could not find any solution. I hope that someone can help me.

P.S.:I have upgraded my BIOS via lenovo support.

ram:16Gb
