Last week, my computer suddenly had a blue screen and failed to boot, and the boot error code 54 was reported.
After I unplugged a memory, It was able to enter the system, and I found that one memory channel was missing.
My motherboard is z690 master, I try to change my cpu to other places or try to use other cpu to put it on my motherboard, it works fine.
The specific performance is that the cpu needs to be plugged and unplugged once a day, and then it will be normal for about three hours.
Three hours later, a blue screen appeared, and I managed to reboot into the system, but failed the memory test.
If I unplug the memory and reinsert it, I will find that there is one less memory channel.
Will intel give me a replacement?
