Sorry but you ve got the wrong processor for your motherboard.
You have an Intel DH55TC motherboard (Socket 1156) in one hand and you got an i7 960 Processor (Socket 1366). If you want to keep your motherboard you need a processor like i7 870 (Socket 1156), or if you need to keep your processor you need a Socket 1366 Motherboard like Intel DX58SO, DX58OG or DX58SO2.
