Although I added a response to the post 'NPU driver finishes OK but Error 1000 is reported' on 7/25/25, in response to Jed Allen G. request, I wish to confirm that I am still having problems. I have used Intel® Driver & Support Assistant as well as downloaded npu_win_32.0.100.4181.exe but I keep receiving the message 'installation failed with error code 1000'
I have a Dell Latitude 7350 Detachable running MS Windows 11 Enterpise, with an Intel Core Ultra 7 164U, 3800, 12 cores, 14 logical processes. I would be grateful if this couls be considered at your earliest convenience.

Hello.
I have an Ultra 5 225H. Having had a problem with the NPU installation (which actually installs the graphics driver...), to install it, I decided to unzip the EXE using 7zip: it reported a checksum error. So, it seems that the driver's location should be checked...
And the driver itself.
I'm just reporting this inconsistency.
