Number of ram sticks allowed on a I3 10105F

Hi, I just bought a I3 10105F and it is working well but I wanna put more ram on my system.

The problem is that I do not know if my setup will work with it so I need some help with this

 

My actual setup is : Core I3 10105F in a ASUS TUF B560M MB, actually working with 8gb ram 2400mhz (i want to take these 8gb out of the setup)

 

And the upgrade I want to do is put 4 sticks of 8gb ram 3000mhz on it. Would this be compatible with my setup? Would my 10105f work with 4 sticks of ram on the MB?
