Dear Team,
We have recently procured 70 units of L13 - Gen 4 ThinkPad Laptops, In generally all the end users are complaining on the performance. Their is a lag when work on heavy MS Excel and and MS Outlook and lag on when switch one interface to another interface.
We are suspect the issue is with Intel 13th Gen processor, may be due to P-Core / E-Core. hence our current bulk fleet have the Intel 11th Gen processor XXXX, nearly 2-3 Yrs in our fleet, No any performance issues reported.
