I removed the low power limit... on i7 12700F everything is working fine.. pl1 110w pl2 180 tau 28 sec i just want to know if my cpu is gonna degrade or die bcs of this .. thanks
I have good 360mm aio cooling max temps on 20min run cinebench 67°

Check some applications are without user knowledge, and check task scheduler tasks.  

To find out, which applications give more temperature,  do a clean boot.

I dont have temp problems.. i want to be sure is it safe to increase the power limits in stock power limits my max temps are 64°c running cinebench for 1 hour... but i want to be sure is it safe to put higher power limits for better performance

Your processor is a locked version, I don't know about increasing power limits, I have not yet tried. But website articles aer published, you can view them.

Go away with these scam links.. im not dumb bro.. i just want to be sure if it is safe to increase pl1 pl2.. bcs on msi boards you have power limit options depenting on thermal solutions !

As you already know the Intel spec for the 12700F is pl1 65w and pl2 180w. So you are only increasing pl1 from 65w to 110w. But exceeding the Intel specs always means its down to you, its your risk. The temps certainly look OK. I don't know when you bought this processor but if its's a boxed processor the warranty is three years and if its an OEM/Tray processor the warranty is one year. So how much warranty is left could be another factor.
