Problème processeur i7 13700k

Bonjour à tous, sa fais 2/3mois que j’ai un problème avec mon pc où mais jeux planter.Je l’ai amené chez un réparateur et il m’a fais changé, mon boiter et mon water cooling pour voir si cela fonctionnait mais malheureusement sa ne fonctionne pas. Il m’a dit que cela venait du processeur ( i7 13700k ). Mais on a repris le pc car on y croyais pas mais en rentrant chez moi. J’ai téléchargé fornit et mon jeu a planter.

To set your expectation right, there is a potential that the processor is at fault on this situation. To further investigate this, I will be asking you several questions to so we can confirm this. Below are the following questions that needs your answer:


  1. Could you share to me the exact model of your motherboard? Also, what is the current version of your BIOS?
  2. Can you confirm if you are currently enable the Intel Default Setting?
  3. Also, please share the power scheme that you are using on your system (Power saver, Balanced, High Performance, Ultimate Performance)
  4. Is your system newly built or not?
  5. Does this happen before or this is the first time?
  6. Is there any signs of physical damage on your processor? Or have you delidded it?
  7. Did you try overclocking your processor, might be on the bios or in application? If you did in an application can you tell me the name of it?


This information will be valuable, so I am looking forward hearing back from you.
