Problems with FPS on games (I5 6600k)

In games such as GTA 5 and Battlefield 1 i have MAJOR stutter and FPS drops,i dont know if this is because i have obtained a bad processor or the processor its self is just not to very good (in my pc i have an i5 6600k, MSI GTX 970, 1tb HHD, 8GB hyperx fury ram) why is this problem occuring as on benchmarks which i see on youtube they get around 90-110 fps constantly however i get 60-70 fps with major fps drops and stutters happening 24/7, if someone could find me and answer to this i would be very thankful and highly appreciate it
