Greetings, I was reviewing a case I have with some WHEA errors that I have not been able to resolve, I attached a link from a person who has the same problem, I also created an article here with the same problem, but I did not get a solution.
PCI Express Root Port, Black Screen, WHEA and NVIDIA
The point is, in the Microsoft article, a user mentions that updating the Chipset can solve the problem, which I don't know if that is true to a certain extent, anyway, my question is, is it possible to update anyway? The manufacturer of my motherboard gives a version from 2022, on the Intel website, they give one from 3 days ago, I visited the site of a motherboard from another manufacturer of the same chipset and it has a version from 2023, my question is, how does it affect the chipset and why do the versions change?
As I understand it, the Chipset INF is something that gives Windows the names of the devices, or is there something else?
The other reason is that Intel's site doesn't list all the chipsets compatible with the version, up to the Z370. There are more and Intel's site can't show them. In the article shared by the subject of the Microsoft forum, it mentions up to the Z790, that's another confusion.

Install the intel chipset driver
download from the below site
Intel Chipset Device Software Version 10.1.19913.8607 WHQL (necacom.net)
use the device manager to install the driver
I also updated the latest chipset driver from the above site for the i5-13500 RaptorLake processor.
Since You are using the Rocketlake family processor
You need only two files namely Rocketlake.cat and RocketLakeSystem.inf
