Hello, I've recently received the RMA CPU from Intel, but by the looks of the package DHL took their frustration out on it, after being lost for 1 week. The CPU has been dislodged from it's cardboard and is rattling around in the box. (the box is visibly damaged and have already sent videos and photos too support). However, Intel seems to keep putting me in a loop, they have not updated me in over a week with a yes or no replacement, and the RMA process has been taking over a month. What should I do? I'm getting nowhere with support.
