Retail CPU recognized as ES?

I bought few weeks ago used PC with Xeon E5-2670 v3, now when launched CPU-Z it shows cpu as Geniune Intel CPU (ES)

Here is information written at top of CPU heatspreader

- Intel(R) Xeon(R) E5-2670V3

- SR1XS 2.3Ghz

- Costa Rica

- 3408B521 (e4)

- 2L331119A0410

Adding to post :

Is the CPU information in IHS correct or is CPU-Z recognizing it wrongly?
