Returning money or waiting ?

Hello, a few months ago I bought a processor from your brand, specifically the Intel Core i7-14700K, and now I am reading that there are issues with it. I want a processor that will last for a few years without any problems, not just for one or two years. Is there a planned solution, or should I request a refund?
