Hi, as with most people who own a 13th or 14th gen CPU I experienced a crash playing a Unreal Engine 5 game (Tekken with the out of memory error. I'm concerned whether the chip has suffered any damage due to these instability problems currently plaguing Intel.
I have enabled Intels default power profiles and since then I haven't experienced any more crashes but I'm still concerned about the CPU potentially dying in the future.
I've also updated to the latest BIOS but I'm just not sure whether I should begin the RMA process for this CPU.
I know Intel will be releasing a Microcode update for these processors soon but I've read that even with this update it probably won't fix the issue if the CPU has already been damaged.
