Yes, the ASROCK PROH610M-EDDR4 motherboard has a modern Intel chipset that includes the platform firmware option in the BIOS. It meets all the security requirements of Windows 11 and no separate TPM 2.0 module needed.

TPM 2.0 (Trusted Platform Module 2.0) relies on the hardware to support it which is (1) a motherboard that supports TPM 2.0 and (2) a  compatible CPU. Both are required for TPM 2.0 to function correctly.

Some Intel motherboards require a discrete module to be installed, others allow a choice between a platform firmware option (no module needed) or a fitted module. See screenshot below from an ASUS B760 motherboard that has both options.
