Weird temp spikes on my CPU.
Idles around 40-45 but every time i open an app it spikes to 80 sometimes 90c and falls back down.
Sometimes without doing anything i get temp spikes randomly. tested with 2 different AIO same result. Temps under constant load seems to be fine. but random tasks in windows causes concerning spikes.
What can be done?

I suspect the pre applied thermal paste on the AIO is enough

Are there any changes on the system before you encounter this issue?
Did you overclock the processor (Note: we do not recommend overclocking the processor, overclocking the processor may void the warranty validation of your CPU)?

It started as soon as I booted up my system. No OC has been done. No changes in system, only updated bios to try to combat the issue but no success. Tried a new AIO same issue. Tried different ram same issue.
The CPU is very unstable and has random spikes.
