Temperatura muito alta no i7 8700

Bom dia, possuo um i7 8700 onde esta batento uma temperarura muito alta, facilmente chegando aos 90º, alguem pode me ajudar a diminuir isso.

Check your processor fan, and make sure your cabinet has enough air ventilation.

Apply good quality thermal paste, Remove all dust from cabinet, and fans.

Also, check in Windows OS if any software is running continuously without your knowledge.

Uninstall very rarely used software.
