Could you please help me to understand why the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility is blocking any change into Performance Core ratio since this processor is suposed to accept overclock configurations. As you can see in picture the buttons are disabled.
When I try "Optimize power and Current Limits" I got the following error:
Thanks and best regards.

DenisFerreira, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
We will be more than glad to assist you with this matter.
For this scenario, as you mentioned, we can confirm that your Intel® Core™ i5-9600K processor is fully compatible with the Intel® XTU tool, as you can confirm in the link below under the "Supported Product Listed" tab:
Still, it is important to mention that we always recommend to use the computer at stick configurations with the default BIOS settings. Altering clock frequency or voltage may damage or reduce the useful life of the processor and other system components, and may reduce system stability and performance. Product warranties may not apply if the processor is operated beyond its specifications.
In order to rule out a possible hardware issue with the Intel® processor, please install and run the Intel® Procesor Diagnostic Tool, it does an overall test on the unit and if it passes the test it means it is working properly:
Once you get the chance, please let us know the results of the test and also:
Is this a new computer?
Did you build it?
Were you able to overclock the processor on this specific machine before?
If yes, when did the issue start?
Did you make any recent hardware/software changes that might cause this problem?
Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?
Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":
