Hi everyone,
I have HP victus 15 with i5-13420h cpu. I wanted to underclock my processor with the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel XTU) software, but Performance/Efficient Core Tuning is grey out. My question is exactly asked in the link below, but it is closed:
I have exactly the same problem with ThrottleStop software. It seems that the problem is realated to the voltage protection, but there was no option to disable it in the my BIOS. Also, I have updated my BIOS to the latest version but the problem is still there. Does anyone have a solution for this issue?
My Specifications:
Laptop: HP victus 15 fa1093dx
CPU: i5-13420h
System board : 8BC8 63.42
System BIOS: F.17
Best Regards,

Only X and K processors are supported by XTU. You have an H procesxsor.
Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[If you find any Intel driver you might need, download and save it now.]
