Upgrading M series processor from LV 758

Hi everyone. I have an old and trusted IBM X41 Tablet running Win7. I use it for running MathCad and Office apps and rather than changing the Tablet wondered whether I can just upgrade the processor so I can run more demanding apps? Is it possible to upgrade to the latest M processor with this form factor tablet PC?
