Dear Intel Support Team,
I hope you are well. I need urgent help with my new Intel Core i9 14900K processor.
Issue Details:
When I install games (which ran fine on my old PC with an i5 9th Gen) or use HandBrake to convert videos, my CPU usage hits 100%. There's a continuous beep sound (as shown in the video link below). I also get notifications saying "CPU power throttled" and "CPU current throttled." My CPU gets extremely hot, almost like a microwave oven.

- Motherboard: Gigabyte 790 Aorus Elite x WIFI 7
- Processor: Intel Core i9 14900K
- RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 32GB RAM (1x32GB) DDR5 DRAM 5600MHz
- Cooler: Cooler Master 360L Core ARGB Black
- SMPS: GIGABYTE GP UD750GM
- Cabinet: MSI MAG FORGE 320R AIRFLOW
- Purchase Date: 25-07-2024
- Purchase Location: Kolkata, India

- I haven't changed any BIOS settings.
- I haven't overclocked the CPU.

I need your help with the following:
- Diagnosis: What might be causing these issues and throttling notifications?
- Solutions: What can I do to fix this and ensure my system works properly?

Hello sannjayy,
I would like to inform you that throttling is normal when running stress test on the computer or if it is under a heavy workload. May I know if you are experiencing this even when the system is idle or running non-intensive applications?
