I submitted an RMA request on August 21st, 2024, Case # 06330752. I’ve went through the majority of the steps in order for them to process the refund, however I’m currently at a halt waiting for them to analyze the two processors I sent. Intel received these processors on September 4th, 2024 and based on the communication from the support tickets the promised time frame was 1-3days, and yes I realize that’s business days, in that case they have been in your possession for four days. One day past the promised timeframe. They have had the processors for almost a week (4 business days) and have not provided any updates. I submitted a reply through the RMA ticket asking for an update and still no response… this is ridiculous. We have been very patient and understanding during this process and providing everything that you have requested, I would appreciate the same consideration.
