Where to buy Boxed G4560T at dealer prices?

I'm trying to buy the G4560T in bulk, as a dealer. I'm an ingram micro customer. I just can't seem to find stocked chips!??? Where do us manufacturers buy this stuff at reasonable prices and in stock?
