XTU tuning error

The last two versions of Intel XTU, 7.13.0.38 and 7.14.0.15, can be installed but don't work on my i7-9700K when clicking on "Optimize Power & Current Limits" or doing it manually in the "Advanced View." A popup appears, saying "Tuning error - Processor Core IccMax and Cache IccMax -> Unknown."

I've tried:

  1. Uninstalling Intel XTU, profiles, etc.
  2. Formatting the PC with a clean install.
  3. Restoring default BIOS settings.

The only fix that worked for me was installing an older version, 7.11.1.5, which gives the impression that there's something wrong with the latest versions of Intel XTU.

You can try updating the bios and the windows. To examine your system information more, you can send your system logs by doing the steps on this link:

Hello @Senkuchan,

I am currently running the latest BIOS version and have upgraded to the most recent release of Windows 11. I have included the system logs for your reference.
