Xeon D-1714 storage temp

Hello, customer is asking storage temp for Xeon D-1714 (tray).  The data sheet shows absolute storage max temp is 125 deg C.  But the actual product they received in tray, the tray had printed with 50 deg C max.  I assume the 50 deg C on the tray is ONLY for tray.  Is this correct and actual CPU is up to 125 deg C?  Thank you.

Hello, @Allan_A_Intel:

Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.

We want to clarify that the Intel® Xeon® D-1714 Processor is a non-embedded processor, as you may confirm on the following website:

https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/226109/intel-xeon-d1714-processor-10m-cache-up-to-3-40-ghz.html

By the way,  it is important to let you know that the non-embedded processors are out of the scope of the Intel Embedded Community.

You should consider this information to transfer any forums to their proper support channels.

Best regards,

@CarlosAM_INTEL.
