Xeon Paxville MP minimum requirement ?

Hye,

I got an Xeon 7041 (only one - it's for an non-profit usage) and I would like to know by which chipset it would be supported.

I know that the accurate is E8500 but I have only an SE7520 mobo. Is there any dual socket server board that I can use?

What is the power supply needed too (heavily usage with boinc)?
