Is there a patch available for centos5 spectre & meltdown for Intel Xeon CPU

For the most part, you will have to ask the CENTOS folks that.

The microcode fix for SpectreB was withdrawn by Intel due to a stability issue. Intel announced that they have root-caused this issue and are validating the microcode changes currently. When they complete this (ETA is yet to be announced), the CENTOS folks will need to incorporate this microcode into a new Distro release.
