cpu frequency

Lap top cpu is i7-13700H and xtu doesn't show core frequency. Also in stress test the core frequency can't reach about 5GHz but only at 2.8GHz.

Thank you for posting in the communities. To further assist you, may I please know the model of your laptop? Additionally, could you show us a screenshot of the XTU interface that you are seeing in your end? I will be waiting for your reply.
