If the i5-11400 is installed on a Z590 MSI motherboard with a TPM, does this core support the functionality of the TPM? Is this core good for Windows 11?

Your processor supports PTT and is supported by windows 11.

The TPM module is in the chipset, not in the processor!

You need to activate the TPM module in the motherboard BIOS.
