i7 3930k Availability?

Greetings,

Was wondering if anyone knew of an estimated time frame when the i7 3930k's would be shipped to the major retailers like Newegg and Amazon?? I'm building a new editing system based on this awesome cpu, and have been searching for weeks only to see "Out of Stock" every place I look.

Thanks in advance for any niblet of info you can send my way..
