i7-4700HQ работает только 1 ядро

Проблема с работой ядер процессора i7-4700HQ.

Ноутбук Asus n550jv, Windows 10.

Всегда загружается только одно ядро процессора. Остальные ядра загружены очень слабо.

Переустановка системы и перепрошивка BIOS не помогла.

Подскажите, пожалуйста, где искать проблему.
