Hello Avisvinay,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
I would like to know more about your system details to fully understand where the issue truly lies. Please confirm if this is the actual system device that you have. ROG STRIX Z790-H GAMING WIFI (Provide the system specifications page if the one I pulled up is incorrect).
1) Which other application(s) crashes when your Adobe Premier Pro is running?
2) Has the application (Adobe Premier Pro) worked fine before and only had issues recently?
3) Additionally, we highly appreciate you sharing your system configuration so we can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save (.txt)
4) Please also share the following:
- Power Scheme:
- CPU Cooling System:
- PSU:
I will wait for your reply.
Best regards,
Jeanette C.
