Hi @Mexar  ,

Thank you for posting here in our community. To effectively diagnose and address the issue you're experiencing, I kindly ask you to provide detailed responses to the following questions. This information will help us isolate the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action.

  • Please provide the SSU log report and share it here so I can review your system's configuration.
  • What steps were taken to troubleshoot this issue?
  • Did you overclock the processor? Please note that if the system was overclocked, including voltage/frequency beyond the processor supported specifications, your processor voids warranty.

There can be multiple reasons why the current/EDP throttling is set on the processor. Please check this article: Current /EDP Limit Throttling and Power Limit Throttling Indicators...

I look forward to your response and am committed to resolving your issue promptly.

Warm regards,

Hi @RandyT_Intel,

Thank you for the update. It’s been several months now, and unfortunately, still hasn’t found a fix for my problem.

It’s incredibly disappointing, especially considering the premium price paid for what was marketed as one of the best processors at the time. Right now, it feels like it's underperforming compared to lower-tier products, which is frustrating to say the least.

Could you please provide an update or at least an estimated timeline for when a fix or resolution might be expected? I would really appreciate any help you can offer on this.

Best regards,
