i9-14900kf no driver install

i cannot install drivers for my cpu i9-14900kf and i wanted to know how to do it with help. The current version is 10.0.19041.4355 i also did a fresh windows install a few months ago not sure if that is the cause or something

If you are trying to install a graphics driver, give up.  Your processor does not have intel graphics.
