I've given up on your utility as no working solutions have been provided, and I'm not planning to reset the OS just to try to make it work, as all of other programs run smoothly.

I'm having the same issue. My system is a Gigabyte Aorus Z790 Extreme X, Intel i9-14900KS
When I first installed XTU, it loaded, I was able to attempt to use it, it crashed a lot. I believe I had a defective CPU. I've swapped out the CPU and now I can't get XTU to work at all. I've uninstalled/reinstalled it 4 times now, the folders mentioned to delete don't exist after uninstalling it. What else can do I do?
Telling people to reinstall windows is not a solution. This is a new system build, hardly anything has been done to it. Every other app works fine, this is an Intel problem. Also, the "Submit" option at the end of the SSU utility is a dead link.
