is the Core i3-330 dual core 2.13GHz a better spec (or more recent spec) for a new laptop than the Core 2 Duo 6570?

I have been quoted on an Intel Core i3-330M processor for my new Toshiba L50021x laptop - It has come with a Dual2Core 6570 Processor. Is this better or worse and should I send the machine back for the i3-330?
