my cpu keeps getting a error in hwinfo64 its either cpu internal error or previously it was cpu cache errors.

I9 9900k-Maximus XI Hero Z390.

I had even manually put the cpu to stock base clock of 3.6 and still gained errors no matter the clock speed.

I had then upped the llc to 8 from auto and manually set voltage in bios from auto

As both settings made voltage low and the vdroop was a lot, in turn making me believe this was a power issue.

also my boards VCCIO voltages go up to 1.4 if set to auto. is this normal?

I cant find the cause of the problem, I'm going to also email Intel to see what their response would be.

Update your motherboard bios.

Update your HWinfo.

Then, run the IPDT:
