processor malfunction on windows

I am using Intel core i7-6700 processor, it has some problems with installation (of drivers, software and browsers), graphics and system restarts on windows. I tried to work using it with other mother board but showing the same problems. 

What to do with it? Any suggestion?

Same memory? 

Same graphics? 

Same Disks?

What version of Windows 10?
