The Intel Pentium Silver J5040 CPU is a four-core processor that has a 2.00 GHz base frequency and can reach up to 3.20 GHz burst frequency. You can find the exact specification in this link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/197304/intel-pentium-silver-j5040-processor-4m-cache-up-to-3-20-ghz/specifications.html

However, I am not sure what you mean by 15GHz dual-core. I could not find a processor with that model. Do you have the specific model? You can also use this link to compare different processors: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000027710/processors.html

First, do not be afraid to release the CAPS LOCK.

Second, what dual-core processor are you talking about?  Provide the model number.
