CY7C1470v33 sopc builder

Hi Guys, 

We are using the CY7C1470V33 instead of CY7C1380C in our Arria GX based design. 

We are not be able use CY7C1470V33(doesnt have sopc builder ),can we use CY7C1380C SSRAM sopc builder for the CY7C1470V33. Any other way i Can use CY7C1470V33 in our design 

I need help
