ECC driver in uboot version 2014.04 for Altera Aria 10 SX660 SOC

Hi All,

I am using Altera Aria 10 SX660 SOC and the u-boot source code version used is 2014.04 . Basically we are planning to do a complete DDR test and in dat two tests are related to ECC single bit test and ECC double bit test. These tests are planned to do as POST (power on self test) .So before Linux could boot up completely the test has to be done. The test code should reside in the u-boot and now we are concern about the ECC driver support. Does anyone tested ECC in u-boot or ECC support is there in this version of u-boot?
