EPCS MTD device in uClinux

Hi All,

I am trying to use an EPCS MTD Flash device in my uClinux MMU build.

I have read through the MTD wiki here

http://www.alterawiki.com/wiki/memory_technology_device

but it doesn't seem to match my build! I have the latest branch and updates.

I don't seem to have a linux-2.6/arch/nios2/kernel/config.c file so cannot specify the partitions.

In my boot messages, I see no mention of MTD, SPI or EPCS so am guessing this a low level problem.

Has this method changed since the wiki was produced?

If anyone could kindly help me out about adding an EPCS MTD device to my build I would be happy to update the wiki accordingly.

Kind regards

Vern
