I may know the answer but didn't come to the forum since October 15th so I didn't get a chance to read your question. 

You must realize that this forum isn't an official support from Altera, we are all just regular users here, so it can take some time before you get an answer. If you need fast and professional support, contact your local FAE, who will probably be eager to help.
