ETHERNET without a ddr is it possible?

Hi, 

I have the EP3C120 cyclone3 FPGA. 

Is it possible to run the web server software with the on-chip memory? 

 

If not, may be with the 8 MB SRAM?

for anything practical you need external memory, sram is fine.

How do I configre the tse with the SRAM on QSYS?
