Good day!
I bought a DE0-nano-SOC board. You wrote on website that the ARM DS-5 Altera Edition is free with purchase of the board. Do I understand correctly? If so, how can I get Altera Edition? Thanks.Link Copied

No, i'm looking for DS-5 Altera Edition.
I can't debug bare metal projects in arm core (not in linux) with Community Edition. And in Altera Edition i can try only for 30 days trial. I just want to debug in arm core with jtag- Mark as New

Ok, so google returns this:
https://www.altera.com/products/design-software/embedded-software-developers/soc-eds/ds-5-toolkit.html?gsa_pos=1&wt.oss_r=1&wt.oss=ds-5n and this: https://developer.arm.com/products/software-development-tools/ds-5-development-studio/editions/customized-editions/altera/altera-edition when I search for 'ds-5 altera edition'. Not hard to find. "Enter a serial number or activation code to obtain a license and enter the serial number that came with your Altera device" Looks like $995 to purchase software stand alone, or it comes with some select development board kits. You should have gotten a serial number / activation code with the dev kit.
